Tom Jackson believes art should be a natural process. The cathartic release of the thoughts and emotions relation to escapism, experimentation, and inner exploration are harnessed to create each theme he paints. Tom takes simple concepts like "Verbal Assault" and "Heart Burn" and conveys both the literal and figurative meanings behind each pulling the viewer in multidirectional places of thought as they connect to the piece. He uses identifiable, recognizable and universal subjects displaying bits of himself on every wood and paper work of art. As an art director for an advertising company in Costa Mesa with a BGA from Art Center College of Design in 2001, Tom is drawn in various directions with art. For now ho wants to continue experimenting with different mediums and techniques, cultivating his own innate style of art.
